Our Co-Founder, and Managing Director, Richard Towens, has direct experience of helping dozens of healthcare businesses across the country to start up and to thrive. He has also worked with a homecare franchisor to support the franchise through start-up and to grow into a nationwide service through a network of franchisees. Richard is also the Finance Manager
of a homecare franchise, so has in-depth knowledge of:

We don’t just know about business, we know about the healthcare business. We combine the skills of accountancy, evidenced by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications, with hands-on experience. But Thrive Finch Accounting is not just about handling your tax returns – though of course we do that.
We’re interested in helping start-up, small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to grow, especially in the healthcare sector.
